SPECIAL SELLING & AUCTION CONDITION IN BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE

1. The buyer undertakes to sweep clean the object
2nd eviction period approx. 6-8 weeks after auction.
3. Disassembly for ELECTRICITY only by qualified personnel. All items must be dismantled and transported independently and with their own tools. Tools and other aids are not on site.
4. The buyer commits himself to the proper and professionally the legal conditions appropriate disposal!
5. The buyer is liable for any damage incurred during eviction or collection!
