An appointment to view the current condition of the equipment on offer is only possible during the auction.

1. the object of purchase is purchased as described/seen and the current condition of the object of purchase is recognized by the buyer in accordance with the contractual description. In particular, the Buyer is aware that the Seller was active as a manufacturer and supplier of pharmaceutical products and dietary supplements in various dosage forms and that the object of purchase was used within the scope of this activity. The seller declares that the object of purchase was cleaned in accordance with its validated standard operating procedure (SOP), but that existing contamination cannot be completely ruled out.

2. the seller's liability for material defects and other claims for damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall in particular not assume any warranty or guarantee that the object of use is free from any contamination due to its previous use. An exclusion or limitation of liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, which are based on a negligent breach of duty by the user or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of the user, as well as an exclusion or limitation of liability for other damages based on a grossly negligent breach of duty by the user or an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of the user, is therefore expressly not agreed.

3. the seller assigns to the buyer any claims arising from liability for material defects against the manufacturer, its seller or other third parties.
